REFUND POLICY

Refund policy

WE SUGGEST, please shoot an unboxing video before opening your parcel, so that there is no confusions and 360 degree unboxing video is must for Exchange.

  • We hope you to love it and it fits well in the first go, but if there is an issue, breathe easy. Please send us a request to return it within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for a better fit.

  • To start the process, email us at naapcloset@gmail.com  or fill in this form with your order number, details or pictures of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a pick-up for replacement.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Replacements are happily done in case of Defective deliveries only.

  • We check all products before dispatching; you don’t have anything to worry about.

Return policy

Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of all designs, returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. To begin the return process simply reply to your emailed order confirmation or write us on naapcloset@gmail.com

Refunds

While we will work to resolve your issues, we normally do not offer refunds unless there has been a manufacturing defect. For those rare events, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
  undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or tan marks*We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. 
*Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
*We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.
*Under our policy, you may exchange the size of your purchased product up to three times. (For Domestic Orders Only!) 

Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
